How durable are the magnets?
Our magnets are strong, life-lasting, and designed to stay firmly in place on fridges and metal surfaces.
Each piece is laminated and carefully sealed to protect it from moisture, heat, and daily handling. Colors never fade.
Can you design my magnet photos for me?
Yes, definitely! We can design your magnets exactly the way you want. Whether you need layout help, text on the photo, or cropping and enhancement, we handle it for you.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website here
After choosing your magnet set, you can upload your photos in one of two ways:
Upload the photos on the website before checkout,
or
Send your photos to us on WhatsApp after completing your order.
The number of photos you provide should match your selected set (e.g., 6 photos for a set of 6).
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We deliver across the UAE within 2–3 days.
Delivery Charges:
- 9 AED for orders paid online
- 15 AED for Cash on Delivery (COD)
- FREE delivery for orders above 200 AED
- FREE delivery for customers who subscribe to a monthly or every 3 months recurring order plan.
What payment methods do you accept?

Privacy & Photo Handling
Are my photos kept private?
Absolutely! Your photos are handled with complete privacy and care.
Only our magnet maker, May, personally manages your photos during editing, printing, and assembly. She is the only one who works on your images from start to finish.
Do you store or delete customer photos?
For privacy, we delete all customer photos after the order is completed.
Your images are never shared or used for marketing without your permission.

What is the Magnet Pix subscription plan?
Our subscription allows you to receive custom magnets every month or every 3 months without needing to reorder each time.
It’s perfect for families, content creators, businesses, or anyone who wants regular updated magnets.
What do I get with the subscription?
You can choose a subscription set (6, 9, 12, or more magnets), and every cycle you send new photos for printing.
All subscription plans come with FREE delivery across the UAE.
You will also receive special offers and your order is prioritized.
Do you remind me before renewal?
Yes, you receive an email before your next billing cycle so you can prepare your photos.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
You will still receive the magnets for any paid cycle.
