How do I order a set?
Pick a set in the shop, upload your photos on the product page and check out. We prepare the design and send it to you before we print.
Which photos can I upload?
JPG, PNG or HEIC files, up to 10 MB each. Photos straight from your phone work well. Clear, bright photos give the best result.
How much does the design cost?
Nothing. Design is free on every order.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UAE?
Yes. Delivery is free to all seven emirates.
When will my order arrive?
Within 3 to 4 days anywhere in the UAE, including event giveaways. We start as soon as you approve your design. If you need your magnets by a certain date, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I order more than one set or a custom design?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we will reply with the options and a price.
Do you make giveaways for events?
Yes, from 10 pieces. In an organza bag it is AED 12 each for 10 to 20 pieces, AED 10 for 30 to 40 and AED 8 from 60. On an A6 card it is AED 14, AED 12 and AED 10. Design and delivery are free. Other quantities are priced on request.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by card at checkout, in cash when your order is delivered, or by bank transfer. Companies can pay by company bank transfer.
Can I return my magnets?
Every order is made with your own photos, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or different from the design you approved, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it right.
